Bruce M. Bourgeois Sr. - CEO
With Bruce’s expertise, positive and practical common sense approach, his mechanical and structural engineering experience has developed and implemented several large-scale projects. Along with Lorna’s experience in management and accounting, and her organizational skills, they have made Quality Fab & Mechanical, L.L.C. and several other business ventures successful. Among them is Rentals Equipment, LLC, which opened its doors in November 2003. With an entirely new equipment rental center, it is independently owned and operated Volvo Construction Equipment Rents franchise. Another is La Maison Magnolia Reception Hall, which offers wedding packages for all budgets, a meeting place for business or safety meetings, and much more. The St. Rose Driving Range opened in early spring of 2005. The driving range provides a great place for golfers to practice their game, or for beginners to learn the game of golf. As you can see the Bourgeois’ are a positive driving force in St. Charles Parish and substantially contributes to the economic development and well being of the parish. The Bourgeois’ have been married since 1975 & reside in Destrehan, Louisiana with their sons Bruce Jr., Bradley and Brandon.
Lorna Bourgeois - Secretary Treasurer
Quality Fab & Mechanical has been growing strong, since 1989. Lorna Bourgeois has always taken a very hands on approach with all of her business ventures.
Lorna's excellent accounting and organizational skills has helped lead to the opening of 10 other successful business ventures. The Bourgeois’s latest endeavor is La Maison Magnolia Reception Hall. Not only does Lorna have strong inner office working skills, but she has a flair for interior decor and entertaining. This combination has made La Maison Magnolia a truly unique place, in which to hold your special event. Lorna’s hardworking approach and family responsibilities, have made her an outstanding role model for all modern women!
Glen Bourgeois - Operations Manager
Glen has done fabrication, welding and machine shop operations since 1976. He has successfully assisted in the purchasing of materials, estimating and scheduling jobs, hiring of personnel and supervising of all field operations.
Lisa Saunders
Lisa has worked for Quality Fab & Mechanical, LLC since 2006. Her experience includes Accounts Payable, Human Resources & Payroll. Along with her dedication & experience, she is the personal assistant to Lorna Bourgeois.
